Call log

Tap a call to see the summary. When your line is live, calls the service handles land here on their own.

These texts are part of your answering service. When your line goes live, the service sends them for you — the instant text goes out in under a minute after a missed call. Edit the words here and they're the words your customers get.

Instant text-back

Sent the moment a call is missed. {name} = your business name, {caller} = the caller's first name when we have it.

Instant text

Follow-up texts

If the caller doesn't reply, the service follows up three times, then stops. No spam — three touches and done.

Why this page matters

Most local businesses miss about 1 in 4 calls — after hours, on a job, at lunch. Every one of those callers usually just dials the next name on the list. This page counts the jobs that came back because somebody answered.
